Spades Deluxe supports speech recognition on any Mac with Apple Speech software installed.

To use speech recognition, simply open the preferences dialog located under the EDIT menu, and click on the "Use Speech Recognition" checkbox. If it is able to turn on, the button will have a check mark in it. Now all you need to do is make sure your microphone is connected (all iMac's and most powerbooks have built in microphones) and turned on.
To see if your microphone is turned on, open the SOUND control panel in your control panels folder, located under the APPLE menu.
Now you're all set! Simply speak clearly and normally any of the following phrases and the game will hear, understand and do your command. (Pretty cool, huh? :-)
The following phrases are supported:
- Cards when playing and passing (i.e. Three of Spades)
- Yes and No when bidding blind nil
- Bidding (One, Two, etc.)
- Nil bidding
- Pass
- New Solo Game
- New Network Game
- "New Game" which is context sensitive for solo and network
